ChatChada House is located on the edge of the original village Ao Nang, just less than 15 minutes walk from Ao Nang beach, itself a pleasant swimming and sunbathing beach but also the place to catch a longtail boat to the other mainland beaches of Railay, Tonsai as well as the famed Islands.ChatChada Guesthouse offers brand new and clean rooms with all amenities you need. For other supplies, there is a 7-11 and Ao Nang’s only permanent daily fruit and vegetable market within 100 metres from the hotel. The market sells ready to eat fruit and many many mouth-watering snacks.
The beachfront is also the centre of Aonang’s small but vibrant nightlife. Many bars stay open late into the night, some offering live music and entertainment. These are perfect places to enjoy a beer after a day’s touring, Island hopping or diving.

Ao Nang has developed from being a traditional fishing village to being the centre of tourism For Krabi Province in just a couple of decades. But despite the speed of change, it has still managed to retain its village feel. When backpackers first began to arrive and marvel at the clear turquoise water and Karsts jutting dramatically out of the landscape there were very limited facilities, attractions and infrastructure, and although these facilities have improved beyond all recognition, the landscape, culture and friendliness of the people is still there, unspoilt.
